Not all breakages are created equal, so we treat each instance on their own merits rather than having a hard and fast rule for everything, and if you have a query with a warranty outcome then we’re here to chat about it and we’ll do our best to find a solution that makes everyone happy.

We get that warranties are a hassle and you’ve got better things to do with your day, so we’ve streamlined our processes to pit stop like efficiencies.
