Manic Monday - Gus and the Ozzies go bush

A couple of weekends back our very own Gus was lucky enough to have a few of his mates from Ozzie come over for a long weekend fishing at a secret spot of his. Much time was spent checking out weather maps leading up to the trip but the gods had smiled upon the crew and after an evening of getting some practice on the Tongariro the boys were off and into it. The fish gods were obviously smiling too as the fishing was some of the best late season stuff you'd get. Now we're in the midst of the first official cold snap of the year and it is properly starting to feel like the winter season is just around the corner...
