Manic Monday - George Cunningham in 1964

We stumbled across this very cool clip on Youtube this morning thanks to Clyde Cunningham. He's taken the time to digitise and upload some footage of his father tying a classic wet fly and then taking it to the Tongariro for some field testing. It's got a real O.S Hintz feel to it and if you've read his books you'll know what I mean. If you haven't, then check out "Trout At Taupo" and "Fisherman's Paradise" and you'll fall in love with the fishery all over again. There's no audio, which is refreshing, so just chuck on your favourite background tunes and immerse yourself in the moment.
