NZ Snapper on fly using an 8 weight Lamson Speedster reel combined with the #8 Meridian rod from Scott Fly rods, just off Whangaparoa Peninsula. Fished in about 15 meters of water with a sink tip flyline and a 12ft hand tied tapered leader and the fly is a 4 inch clouser style pattern and works a treat in getting you in the strike zone.....
